There is a very wide area along the closest river to my family in Poland which is considered a flood zone. Nothing gets build, and it's mostly fields of grass that get mowed and turned to bales for dairy cows.
Some painters might think there's nothing more boring than painting some flat fields, but I disagree. The amount of atmospheric perspective you see in the distance, along with the full zones of the skies is beautiful.
