This piece was done alongside Andrii Kateryniuk. For a while, I had wanted to make several paintings of Florence from a higher vantage point. This year I found a place to stay with a half decent view, and enjoyed painting several sunsets from the balcony. This was the third sunset done, but it is perhaps my favorite of the bunch.
