This is a vignette of one of the side entrances to the Complesso in Piazza della San Firenze. The colors of the wooden doors seemed to oscillate between a deep orange in the light, and a pale violet in the shadows. I enjoyed how the shadow stretched up into and veiled part of the pediment. This was the last piece from this year's stay in Florence.
